Aidpage group discussing "CAR"...

In 2006 the employer I had worked with for 7 years decided that for some reason I was no longer an asset to the agency. I was scheduled a Skelly hearing for termination, however I won my hearing and was able to keep my position with the agency, only if I agreed to a job transfer 50 miles away. I was desperate so I said yes, and then all hell broke loose. My brakes completely went out on me, the sensors were going crazy. All in all it was going to cost a pretty penny for all the repairs. When I could not take the commute any more and my relationship of 7 years fell apart I had no choice but to quit. Come to find out my baby's father, my love. my life, had not only been cheating on me, he was also using the money for the car payment on drugs. So 1 month after I quit my job, and he was out of my house, my 2002 Toyota Camry was repossessed. To this day I have not been able to purchase a new vehicle. I need a job in order to afford one, and I need a car to get a job. I live in a very small rural community where there is really no work, and of course no transportation to travel the 100 miles it would take me daily to actually get a decent job. I am looking for any information that would assisit a low income single mother in purchasing a car. Of course I am not looking for anything brand new, just 4 wheels to help me get back on my feet.
